Our Strength & Conditioning classes utilize a functional fitness approach which, in essence, is about constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. However, in everyday practice, it embodies hands-on fitness at its finest. Our group training classes feature expert coaches who genuinely care about your fitness journey and are committed to helping you achieve your goals. It's an experience unlike any other – and be warned, after trying a Strength & Conditioning class with us, you might find traditional gyms less appealing!
